The Blanc de Blancs from Mandois House is crafted from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Premier Cru vineyards of Chouilly, Vertus, and Pierry. Following a manual harvest and meticulous selection, the grapes were gently pressed, and only the first press juice, known as the "cuvée," was used to create the base wines for the sparkling wine, selected by parcel. After 4 years of bottle aging, it reached its perfect maturity.

This cuvée boasts a bright yellow color and a compact aroma with notes of pineapple, peach, and citrus. It's a pleasantly mineral, creamy-textured Blanc de Blancs with delicate, non-intrusive vanilla notes on the palate.
