In its aroma, the white-fleshed fruits of summer greet us in an elegant form. This is supported by its captivating taste, its well-structured body, which is at once fresh and a companion to rich side-dishes of fried fish from Lake Balaton. However, it can also be enjoyed on its own, savoring the minerality offered by the 'terroir' and expressed by the varietal, or alongside a richer meal.
In 2022, the product once again received the Balaton Uplands National Park Product Trademark.
