It is made from organic ingredients, selected, exclusively hand-cultivated, and originates from 60-100-year-old vines. This natural and unfiltered blend of Királyleányka and Olaszrizling has a good acid structure, ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus, and spicy notes, with a long finish. It is macerated on its skins for five days, then spontaneously fermented, and spends 5 weeks in three different porosity amphorae before bottling. It is a wonderful pairing for game meats and ham.
