Despite its name, the wine is a cuvée made from 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2-2% Cabernet Franc, Barbera and Petit Verdot, and 1-1% Merlot and Zinfandel. It has a deep ruby red color, with aromas of cherry, blackcurrant and spice. It was aged in small oak barrels, which complements its fruity taste with elegant oak notes. Excellent with Spanish Paella, but also recommended with desserts made from dark chocolate.
