The 2019 Roger Goulart Organic Cava Brut Reserva is a pale yellow, light green-hued, clean, and bright Spanish Cava with good effervescence and a light mousse on the surface. The aroma offers intense fruity notes, reminiscent of fresh white fruits with a citrusy background, a slight floral sensation, and subtle hints of aging on fine lees, resulting in a very fresh and medium-intensity overall experience.

On the palate, it delivers fruity aromas, vibrant and fresh acidity, and a slight sweetness, which gives it a very pleasant balance and elegance. The long-lasting finish concludes with a very elegant aroma, subtle aging, and creamy notes.
