The Ronaldinho R10 Chianti Superiore DOCG 2017 Italian wine is beloved for its full body, gentle tannins, red berry fruits, exotic sweet spices, violet aroma, and notes of vanilla and tobacco leaf from barrel aging. It completely fills the mouth, and its long finish promises a lasting impression.
It is made from carefully selected Primitivo grapes alongside Sangiovese, which were harvested by hand. Primitivo, an ancient variety, gets its name from the Latin "early ripening." In Puglia, it can be harvested in beautiful ripeness as early as August, and it is characteristic that after reaching optimal ripeness, the berries lose water content, thus becoming concentrated flavor bombs. Despite its early ripening, its wine is spicy, full-bodied, and has a higher alcohol content.
Following maceration in stainless steel tanks, the wine spent 24 months in barrique barrels, as befits a Chianti.
It is also ideal to consume with red meats and hard cheeses.
