Brilliant golden color with greenish reflections, densely beaded, elegant bubbles. The aroma is extremely complex, with candied fruits, almond, and vanilla appearing first, followed a few moments later by "smoky" notes of freshly baked brioche and toast. After a little aeration, you can also discover the presence of freshly baked sponge cake, cream, and ginger, spiced with a pinch of pineapple. The palate's texture is balanced and creamy, delicately acidic, with discreet caramelized pineapple notes and a slightly mineral finish.

100% Chardonnay, from grapes sourced exclusively from the Grands Crus (Cramant, Avize, Mesnil sur Oger, Oger, Oiry, Chouilly) areas. The base wine is aged in 228-liter oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation, thus preserving the true character of the grape.
