In the golden-yellow Salentein Sparkling Brut Blanc de Blancs Argentinian sparkling wine, aromas of green apple and pineapple mingle with delicate toasted notes. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity, with fine and persistent bubbles that contribute to this elegant and intense sparkling wine.

Origin

The Chardonnay vines in Mendoza, which form the base of the sparkling wine, benefit from the sunny weather of the vineyards and the cool air currents coming from the Andes at night.

Processing: The first fermentation takes place at a low temperature to preserve the fresh character of the wine. The second fermentation is carried out according to the Méthode Charmat. The sediment from the second fermentation remains in the tank, forming the basis for the six-month "sur lie" aging process, which gives the sparkling wine its characteristic toasted aroma.

Consumption This sparkling wine is delicious as an aperitif, but also pairs well with squid and sophisticated seafood appetizers, such as a light scallop salad.
