A Provencal-style, brilliantly pink rosé wine, dressed in a wonderful, elegant exterior, which we produce every year from the special Syrah grape variety. Its aroma concentrates the charm of fresh, red-fleshed fruits, especially redcurrant and oriental spices. Tasting it reveals the juiciness of ripe strawberries and raspberries, framed in a refined acid structure, characterized by a long aftertaste, a round, rich, mouth-filling aromatic profile. The sip is delicate in structure, but with even more elaborate components.

Our Syrah rosé pairs well with lighter chicken dishes, duck, and can also handle mushroom dishes. It can be a perfect match for grilled tuna, combined with a little eggplant.
