A beautiful, pale pink wine with a slight currant hue. Characterized by pronounced acidity, a long red berry aroma and palate, a true fruit bomb, fresh, vibrant, dynamic and diverse. The palate is dominated by fresh currant and strawberry flavors encased in a firm acidic backbone.
A well-chilled rosé is also an excellent aperitif for entertaining guests. We recommend it with light poultry dishes, salads, or a well-prepared duck with cold wine jelly; it can be a true curiosity on warm summer evenings.
