A deep garnet-colored wine. Its aroma is intensely marked by barrel notes, vanilla, chocolate, and cloves, while on the palate, it offers a harmonious blend of blackberry, redcurrant, and sweet barrel spices. A rich, fruity wine with a long, subtly tart finish.
It pairs exceptionally well with roasted beef and lamb, pork with fruit sauces, as well as Transylvanian stuffed cabbage and regular stuffed cabbage.
