Schlumberger White Secco is produced using the traditional "Méthode Traditionnelle" technology, in which, after harvesting high-quality Pinot Noir grapes, the cuvée is bottled and then aged for 18-24 months. During the aging process, the sugar from the grapes is converted into carbon dioxide and alcohol with the help of yeast. Every bottle of White Secco is the result of careful manual work, as during aging, the bottles, held upside down in special racks, are shaken daily by human hands to achieve silky bubbles.
