The word "szamorodni" is of Polish origin, referring to the method of its production. It means "as it grew" – both healthy and aszú berries are processed together. It is the noblest dry wine of the Tokaj-Hegyalja wine region. Its unique character is due to the special wine aging methods in the cellars of Hegyalja, particularly keeping it under a layer of yeast. We recommend serving it as an aperitif at 10-11°C.
