On the palate, it has a pleasantly vibrant acidity, paired with a moderate alcohol content that gives it a fine roundness. It is a refreshing, reductive wine, yet rich in flavors, and the original taste of the grape and the terroir are clearly noticeable, giving it its true value. Its taste is perfectly clean, with a pleasant texture and the aromatic notes discovered in the aroma returning. Its body is airy and light, complemented by the softer notes of the more aromatic Muscat. An easily understandable blend that beautifully carries the varietal characteristics.
