Our new siller wine was made from our organically grown Zweigelt, processed from the Steiger vineyard's produce. Thanks to 3 days of skin maceration, our "red" wine boasts a bright, luminous ruby hue.

Its aroma is dominated by intensely developing red berries, with blackcurrant, sour cherry, and cherry being prominent. When tasted, crisp acidity provides a fresh impetus and a relatively age-worthy, firm yet easily understandable, clear structure. The aromatics present in the aroma noticeably continue in the taste, layered with pleasantly tart, juicy fruits. Its taste profile is characterized by a delicate, light, slender body, spiced with refreshing tannins extracted from the grape skins. Its finish evokes the memories of airy, almost weightless red wines, made easily recognizable by the aromatics so characteristic of the variety.
