Our winery has welcomed a new addition to its reductive line: the Muscat Ottonel Sparkling Wine. This truly summery, fresh wine refreshes warm days, and no summer party is complete without it.

Its explosively perfumed aroma features grape, grape blossom, orange peel, mango, apple juice, Williams pear, and halved peach. The lively acidity's refreshing effect is enhanced by the carbon dioxide bubbles. A touch of residual sugar makes it even more charming and appealing.

And for those interested in the details: We harvest the raw material for our white wines slightly before full ripeness to ensure that the fresh, invigorating acidity remains vibrant in the wine. To achieve this, we ferment it in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature range of 14-18 °C. After a short resting period, carbon dioxide is added to a pressure of 2 bar, suitable for sparkling wine.

We recommend it as an aperitif or an ideal accompaniment to salads.
