The uniqueness of the wine comes from the location of the Betsek vineyard and the small-bunched, 60-year-old vines. The soil characteristic of the area is yellow clay and white tuff. Fermentation took place in barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation, after which it was aged for 8 months in 300-liter oak barrels. The end result is a well-structured wine with an inviting pear and vanilla aroma and a long mineral finish.
