The rocky cone of Percze-dűlő is one of Mád's most exciting growing areas, and according to the 1730 classification, it is the smallest vineyard in the wine region. Harvested by hand from volcanic soil, it was fermented in Furmint barrels, inoculated with sourdough from the harvest a few weeks prior. After gravity settling, it was aged for 7 months in second-fill 300-liter Kádár barrels, then bottled after minimal filtration.

According to many years of experience, the finely porous structure and elegant spices of barrels made exclusively from sessile oak perfectly complement the tight structure of Mád wines. A round and balanced sip, with vibrant acidity, salty-mineral layers, and a fiery character. The fruity notes evoke apple and ripe peach, with hints of pineapple in places. The minimal residual sugar ensures long aging potential. A small vineyard, a small batch.
