The aroma of Champagne Thiénot Brut immediately reveals its remarkable complexity. Juicy peach and green pear are accompanied by an elegant toasty character. On the palate, it is well-balanced and deep. Citrus, honey, and brioche conclude with a longer, mineral, chalky bouquet. A beautiful soft, persistent mousse, a firm, long finish reminds one of its uniqueness.

35% of the grapes come from Grand Cru and 20% from Premier Cru areas.

It was bottled in 2017, with reserve wines (from vintages 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012) added to the 2016 harvest (65%), then aged for 5 years in the cellar.
