The Champagne Thiénot Cuvée Stanislas 2008 French sparkling wine is deep and exciting. An exciting combination of maturity and freshness. Its aroma features dried white-fleshed fruits, oily nuts like hazelnut and pistachio, accompanied by brioche and candied lemon. On the palate, the sip is rich and creamy, characterized by an exceptionally refined mousse. Pear and green apple notes are accompanied by a hint of acacia honey, followed by mineral and salty notes.

The perfection provided by the Grand Cru vineyard is conveyed and presented by the Thiénot house in this Champagne, which Alain Thiénot named after his son. Blanc de blancs, meaning pure Chardonnay, with 90% harvested from Grand Cru areas.

The base wine was born in 2008, bottled in June 2009 and aged for 12 years. An amazing gift of nature. Only 4g of dosage tightens this muscular Champagne, which was produced in a mere 25,000 bottles.
