The organically produced Kuyen Valle Del Maipo Antiyal enters the glass with a dense purple color. Giving it some air by swirling, this red wine reveals a high viscosity, which is evident in strong church windows at the edge of the glass. In the glass, this red wine from Antiyal presents aromas of blackcurrants, mulberries, blueberries and blackberries, complemented by other fruity nuances. The Antiyal Kuyen Valle Del Maipo presents itself to the wine enthusiast wonderfully dry. This red wine is never coarse or meager, but round and smooth. Full-bodied and complex, this velvety red wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Kuyen Valle Del Maipo is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification

The basis for the powerful Kuyen Valle Del Maipo from Chile are grapes from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère and Syrah. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the powerful Kuyen Valle Del Maipo is aged for several months in oak barriques. Once the wine is finished, Kuyen Valle Del Maipo is carefully dealcoholized.
