This deep ruby-coloured wine is the perfect blend of cabernet sauvignon from the Kokasberg and merlot from the Lelle vineyard. It has blackberry, cherry, and blueberry notes on the nose, while the palate is dominated by dark chocolate and black sour cherry flavours, with nicely integrated barrel characters in the background and a fine tannic structure.
Pairs excellently with game, roasts, and stews. Best served at 16-18 °C.
