I am a vinophile globetrotter. You can find me wherever wine grape grows.That‘s probably why I am so adaptive. Although my roots are in France, I love my new home Sopron, where I enjoy the view over Lake Neusiedl. Even if I come across as a bit rough and wild at the moment, my serene and soft side is already recognisable. I tend towards mulberry, plum and dark chocolate. I am Merlot 2021.                                                                                                                                      

The taste:

Youthful colour. The nose is full of sage, plum and a hint of tabacco. Youthful acidity on the palate, present and harmonic tannins, followed by dark fruits and plum jam. Vibrent wine for every day or a BBQ.

Ageing: in stainless steel tank

Stopper: screw cap

Recommended with: roasted duck, spring rolls.
