When multifaceted French Merlot enters into a passionate liaison with full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon in Sopron dancing a harmonious tango, then itis not surprising that a kangaroo named Shiraz joins them, adding even more exoticism, flavour and expression. This is Tangó – Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz - 2019.

The taste:

Medium deep, ruby colour. The restrained nose shows some sweet spice, followed by forest friut, black current, blueberry and dogberry. Exotic in style with a certain warmth, it does open up with some time. Delicate velvet on the palate, round and bright acidity in combination with superb tannins. Excellent balance between body and alcohol. Full of blackberry flavours, ripeness and even some dried fruit. Friendly character with medium finish.

Ageing: in stainless steel tanks and used barrels for more enjoyment
