Bodega Colomé Colomé Estate Malbec 2019 (0,75 L )

This flagship of the bodega is largely extracted from Malbec, which is blended with small batches of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Tannat. The small, thick-skinned berries of the Malbec grapes come from vines over 150 years old and give this drop its complex aroma and multi-layered texture.

The Colomé Estate Malbec by Bodega Colomé presents itself in a very dark cherry red. Delightful aromas of ripe black berries (currant, blackberry) are surrounded by chocolate notes and a peppery spice. Delicate wood notes round off the multi-layered aroma.

The supple body bursts with juiciness and minerality in the mouth. A complex arrangement of blackberries, black cherries, full-bodied spice and wonderfully integrated rust tones fills the palate. The lush and powerful structure of this wine is surrounded by ripe, silky soft tannins. The taste fades salty minerally and leads to a long-lasting, full-bodied finish.
