The Grüner Veltliner Strassertal by Johann Topf is a fresh, crisp and grape varietal white wine from the Austrian wine growing region Strass im Strassertal (Kamptal DAC).

A bright golden yellow with greenish highlights shines with this wine in the glass. The bouquet is typical of the variety: it unfolds aromas of green apples, freshly ground pepper and also some sun-ripened grapefruit. The aroma of lime blossoms is finely underlined. On the palate, this Austrian white wine presents itself with a racial, fresh and lively body. The present fruit of the nose also appears wonderfully on the palate and harmonizes wonderfully with the clear minerality. The distinctive pepper of the Grüner Veltliner grape variety is also not missing and is very well integrated into the structure. The finale is pleasantly long, sparkling, juicy and simply elegant with a youthful touch.

This dry white wine from Austria is a great accompaniment to Viennese schnitzel with potato salad, barbecue chicken with crisp salad or also to fresh fish and seafood from the barbecue.
