Cabernet Franc – Merlot. The perfect balance between spicy and fruity marks. It was tactfully fermented for 12 months in 3rd filled barrique barrels. Thanks to malolactic fermentation, this wine became a friendly, light tannin-conditioned, rounded dry red wine.
It could be a pleasant pairing with wild poultry, hare, or for a romantic date on its own with the love of our life, served at 16-18°C.
