Laroche Pinot Noir de La Chevaliére 2020 (0,75 L)

The Pinot Noir de La Chevalière by Laroche is presented in the glass in a clear and bright ruby red, unfolding its intense bouquet with the aromas of juicy cherries and red berries. Delicate earthy notes and a hint of spice round off the bouquet. This red wine delights the palate with its enormous fruit, lively acidity and velvety tannins. A fresh and fragrant Pinot Noir that is perfectly balanced and lacks abundance and complexity.

Vinification

The vines for this pure Pinot Noir are rooted on soils with lime, clay and clay.

At the perfect ripening time, the grapes are harvested and fermented in a temperature-controlled manner in the stainless steel tank and pumped over the mash daily during the 12 days. This technique makes it possible to concentrate as many color pigments, aromas and tannins as possible from the shells. After the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the biological acid degradation and the removal in the stainless steel tank follow for 6 months. In order to maintain the expressive character of the grape variety, this French red wine is filtered only minimally before bottling.
