Delivery information

Orders can only be placed on the website www.borvilag.hu (online), for which registration is required and we only serve our registered (end-user) customers who are 18 years of age or older. (If you would like to purchase for resale, please contact us at ugyfelszolgalat@borvilag.hu, because our company's wholesale unit can also serve such orders.)

Depending on the delivery address, our online store works with different courier services to deliver your orders. We can undertake deliveries within 5-8 working days. The exact delivery time will be confirmed after the order has been processed.

In case of domestic delivery:

In case of purchase value over HUF 20,000, delivery in Hungary is free of charge.

In case of a value below HUF 20,000, the delivery cost is HUF 2,499

In case of delivery abroad, an individual cost calculation is required.

Did the couriers break any bottles during transport? Let us know immediately, we will return the defective products and send a new one instead. We bear the cost of shipping.
