Dry white wine

In the nose, the lemon coloured wine is surprisingly refreshing characterised by hints of citrus and herbal aromas appearing together with some yellow-fleshed fruits notes. Body is in-between light and medium, acids are balanced, alcohol content adequate to the wine type. On the palate, small carbon dioxide bubbles, citrus aromas as well as a fine spicy character counterbalance the sweet fruitiness provided by musk melon and pineapple.

Recommended as a welcome drink, fish-, breast dishes, cheese. Serve chilled to 10-11°C.
