This wine was prepared following the classical Chardonnay approach. A late harvest produced a nice and full-bodied wine with a soft acidity. After the malic acid converts, we obtain even more buttery and softer acidity. It rested in barrels until the summer, for almost 9 months. We also used new barrels, but only for a small percentage, which explains the barrel character of the wine.
Slightly smoky, sweetish aromas of vanilla, hazelnuts, almonds and light coconut. A serious wine, but still very young.
