Szt. Tamás is one of the most expensive vineyard hills in its commune. Soil: rich clay and very characteristic reddish minerals. Pale gold color with delicate citrus and spicy aromas. Rich, but refreshing on the palate with hints of white peach and honey. It has an excellent acid balance, a smooth, silky texture and a clean, longlasting finish.
Serve at 12°C on its own or with foie gras. Also ideal with aromatic and spicy Asian cuisine, fresh fruits and light desserts.
