Libertà 2023 – Toscana I.G.T.

Libertà is a modern red blend from the Collazzi estate in Tuscany, crafted from three classic French grape varieties: Merlot (55%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), and Cabernet Franc (15%). The grapes are carefully hand-harvested from the estate’s youngest vineyards, selecting only perfectly ripe clusters.

Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve the fresh fruit character of the grapes. The wine is then aged in 225-liter barrique barrels, allowing gentle integration of oak aromas while maintaining freshness and vibrancy.

Libertà embodies the spirit of freedom: a bright ruby red color, fruity and spicy aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, and fresh herbs, complemented by a beautifully balanced palate with soft tannins and elegant acidity. Fresh and youthful yet refined and well-structured, this wine is perfect for a casual dinner or a special occasion.
