Barons De Rothschild Lafite - Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 (0,75 L)

The Cabernet Sauvignon by Viña Los Vascos from the Chilean wine region Valle de Colchagua is a rich, velvety and grape varietal red wine.

This wine shines with a shiny ruby red color in the glass. The pleasantly fruity bouquet has aromas of dark forest berries and a fine spice in the nose. On the palate you can feel the Cabernet Sauvignon with a velvety texture. Mature, opulent fruit aromas of black cherries, cassis and plums are noticeable again. The fruit is accompanied by fine spice and chocolate. This Chilean red wine has a full-bodied body and a gentle tannin structure.

Vinification

The classic at Viña Los Vascos from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. This grape varietal wine has made the winery famous.

After gentle destemming, this wine is carefully pressed. The must slowly ferments on the mash in the stainless steel tank. Malolactic fermentation is also carried out for this Cabernet Sauvignon in a steel tank. This wine is then bottled and allowed to mature for some time.

Food recommendation

We recommend this dry red wine from Chile with duck, lamb, dark braised meat dishes, game and matured cheeses. Decant this wine for at least one hour before enjoyment.
