Bollinger Special Cuvée Magnum (1,5 L) száraz

The Champagne Special Cuvée Brut from Bollinger is a characterful, lively and seductive sparkling wine from the French Champagne wine region, vinified from the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grape varieties.

In the glass, this wine shines in a sparkling gold with bright golden highlights. The perlage rises to the surface in very fine bubbles and conjures up a wonderful mousseux. The nose is pampered by an outstanding aromatic complexity. Aromas of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches unfold - delicately underlined by spicy hints. On the palate, this French sparkling wine convinces with an excellent combination of structure, length and liveliness. The bubbles wrap like velvet. Add elegant aromas of pear, brioche and notes of fresh walnut.

The grapes (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier) come from 85% Grand-Cru and Premier-Cru grapes of Champagne.

The base wine is aged both in stainless steel tanks and in oak barrels. After the cuvéeting, the second fermentation follows. This sparkling wine matures for at least 3 years on the yeast. This is twice as long as the appeal prescribes. After maturation, the sparkling wine is degorged.

This sparkling wine from France is an excellent accompaniment to sushi as well as sashimi, fresh seafood as well as parmesan and well-smoked ham.
