Bibi Graetz is one of the Tuscany's best-known and finest wine producers. Bibi Graetz comes from a family of atists, self-taugh winemakers, who has become famous for Colore, Testamatta Rosso and Bianco wines.
His winery is located in a small village in the province of Florence, behind the Fiesole hill.
His very old vineyards overlooking the sea, granite and rocky soils give the wines finesse and extraordaniry minerality.
The open-top barriques, manual punch-downand old wines barrels transform the grapes into wines full of life, transparency and elegance.
