The uniqueness of the wine is provided by the location of the Betsek vineyard and the small bunches of the 60-year-old vines. The typical soil of the area is yellow clay and white tufa. The wine was fermented in barrels, then after the malolactic fermentation, it was aged for 8 months in 300-litre oak barrels. The outcome is a well-structured wine with appealing pear, vanilla aromas and a long mineral finish.
